KNS Phase Change Material (PCM) is a solid sheet at room temperature — non-sticky and easy to cut and assemble. When the component heats up to its phase change temperature, the material softens and flows to fully fill the microscopic gaps between the heat source and the heatsink, achieving thermal resistance close to that of thermal paste while avoiding common paste issues such as overflow, dry-out and pump-out, for stable long-term reliability. Ideal for high-power thermal applications including CPUs, GPUs, servers, power modules, IGBT power devices and automotive electronics.
